Co-founder needed

I'm ramping up a new internet venture in the online dating area with an really innovative concept both in the user experience side an in the advertising-based revenue model. At this point I completed a comprehensive business plan and produced a video demo showing the concept highlights.
Since my background is in the semiconductors industry, I'm looking for a seasoned hands-on managers with extensive experience in internet business to join me as co-founders (web development and product management/marketing).
