CTO/VP R&D needed
A just-got-funded web media startup is looking for a CTO/VP R&D, to lead its development into a glorious future!
Here's what we're looking for:
* Experience managing web development teams.
* Proficiency in open source web develompent tools en environments:
PHP, MySQL / PostgreSQL, Apache, Linux / FreeBSD.
* Knowledge of video compression formats and video tools such as FFMPEG.
* Experience building and maintaining an industrial scale web application - clustered server arrays, security, etc.
* Advantages: good C, C++, Java, HTML, CSS. Running a blog. Being a 1337 hax0r. :)
* Disadvantages: being an M$ fanboy, knowing UML
